Enhanced Export Competitiveness of Equipment, Accelerated Global Layout

Relying on technological innovation and cost advantages, the export competitiveness of domestic pulp molding equipment has continued to improve, and the overseas market performed brightly in March 2026. Data show that the export volume of domestic pulp molding equipment reached 680 million yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 19.6%, and it is expected that the overall market size of the industry will reach 5.46 billion yuan in 2026, with the export proportion continuing to increase. The core advantages of domestic equipment are concentrated in energy consumption, mold change efficiency and multi-language system adaptation. Compared with international similar equipment, the energy consumption is 15%-25% lower, the mold change time is shortened by 30%, the multi-language operation interface is suitable for the needs of customers in different regions of the world, and the price advantage is significant. The price of products with the same performance is 30%-40% lower than that of international brands. At present, domestic equipment is mainly exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, North America and other regions. The export volume reached 50,000 units in 2023, and it is expected to exceed 80,000 units in 2026, with the international market share increasing to 20%. In addition, domestic enterprises are accelerating their overseas capacity layout, gathering to build factories in Thailand and launching production projects in the United States to avoid trade barriers, further broaden overseas market channels, and promote domestic pulp molding equipment to go global.
